VOLUNTEERS

The Timberwolf Band is a successful program because of our volunteers! There are a variety of ways to assist the band, we need volunteers for: hospitality, chaperones, pit pack, photography, sewing, nursing, and much more.  No experience is required, and volunteers always get the best seats in the house!  Please consider lending a hand.

Leander ISD Volunteer Registration

Band volunteers MUST be a approved by Leander ISD.  Follow the link below to complete the Leander ISD Voluteer Registration.  The district will notify you when your application has been approved.  If you have any difficulty with this process, please email our Vice President.

Volunteer Opportunities...

Bus

Chaperone

Chaperones attend football games, competitions, and events with the Band.  Volunteers accompany students on bus rides and offer assistance at events. This volunteer opportunity puts you in the middle of the action, and it is so rewarding!

Hospitality

Bands MUST eat!  Before football games, the Band is served dinner in the CPHS cafeteria.  Volunteers are needed to assist in serving food and cleaning up afterwards.  These are the most beloved of volunteers!

Pit Pack

The Pit Pack is a great place to volunteer!  Pit Pack volunteers are responsible for loading & unloading instruments and props, transporting the band equipment, the building of props. This is a fun group!

Photography

Photographers are needed at every band event to capture all of the special moments.  These volunteers have an "All Access" pass to the band.

The photographs taken are uploaded onto the Band Smug Mug page, where the pictures are available to parents at no cost!
